Bellam Sunnundalu

Bellam Sunnundallu is a traditional Andhra sweet made with roasted urad dal, premium jaggery, pure ghee, and a hint of cardamom. The urad dal is slow-roasted until golden and aromatic, then ground into a fine powder. Melted jaggery is mixed with the dal powder, cardamom, and warm ghee to form a rich, soft blend. This mixture is shaped into laddus that are moist, flavorful, and melt in the mouth. A wholesome sweet, high in calcium and energy, it is especially prepared during festivals like Sankranthi, Diwali, and auspicious family occasions.
